You won’t want to miss the highlight of the evening, an extraordinary fashion show featuring our models, all breast cancer survivors, who will showcase amazing wearable art created by Picky Studio and other top San Francisco Bay Area designers.

The Stepping Out to Celebrate Life fashion show will showcase creations by Bay Area-based designers and store owners featuring beautiful fashions and accessories, from magnificent one of a kind dresses, to silkscreen coats, to silk scarves, gorgeous hats and fabulous purses. The models will be escorted on the runway by prominent physicians from our medical community.

Millions of private medical records have been exposed by the largest health insurance provider in the U.S.   Private patient information has been indexed & cached by Google and other search engines.  Private data had been accessible for 13+ months. The company had  failed to disclose the actual number  exposed records.

The concept for  Data Dress has been developed  using   the actual proof of this data breach -screenshots of Google search  and cached pages  without exposing anyone’s personal information

Since no one paid attention to data while it was all over the internet,  we hope that it will get more attention on someone’s body

The event, produced by Charleston Pierce, also features jewelry by Michelle Lochin-Wiggins and Lina Shatara, choreography by Ronnie Reddick, and music by DJ Rauchad Reed (we’re thinking it’s probably house music, but you never know). Suggested donation is $20.
